OEM and standby databases

Ok this is going to seem like trivial garbage BUT, in OEM 10.2.0.4, the standby database being administered by data guard broker always shows up as "DOWN" on the main screen, since its in mount mode and doing apply of info from the primary.

How does everyone else deal with this, when we get reports about databases down, do you just put it in blackout mode, or tweak some setting in OEM.
