OMN-2500 - OWS-08820 - Copy and Create new Oracle Finanacial Application

Dear DBAs,

        I am trying to copy and create a new oracle financial using the existing system.

        When I try to start the service I am getting following error. Please let me know if any one have clue on this.

$ owsctl start wrb

• WRB startup on "UDP:srvunix1:2720" ---- Oracle Media Net Address Server Oracle Media Net Release 3.3.8.2.0 - Production (built: Oct 14 1998)
