Usage of FRA and ArchiveLogs in FRA

I invite comments / responses to my forums posting on, what started
of as "Using the FRA for ArchiveLogs", but may well be a generic
thread on the FRA as well
(However, I would more than welcome specific comments on ArchiveLogs in FRA)
