Windows scripts to move archive logs

Iam configuring Oracle datagaurd on Standard Edition (10g) on windows server can someone provide me with a script that will move�archive logs from the Primary to the Standby or a hint on which programming language i use ( Dos�? ,VB,Perl?...) .
