As per the Doc

Oracle Universal Installer - Version: 10.2.0.4.5 to 11.1.0.6.5 Information in this document applies to any platform.

Doesn't work on the few 10.2.0.4 databases I tried, so OUI needs to be updated if it doesn't work.
