if the export was done compress=y then pre-create the table and redo the import for that one table.

Hi List,
Our DBA is encountering the following problem and I think it's because the initial extent size is greater than the tablespace free space. The question is: How to modify the initial extent while importing? Oracle10gR2
IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 1659:
"CREATE TABLE "C_RESULT" (...) PCTFREE 10 PCTUSED 40
INITRANS 1 MAXTRANS 255
STORAGE
(INITIAL 2079326208 FREELISTS 1 FREELIST GROUPS 1 BUFFER_POOL DEFAULT)
TABLESPACE "ARCHIVED" LOGGING NOCOMPRESS"
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 1659 encountered
ORA-01659: unable to allocate MINEXTENTS beyond 29 in tablespace ARCHIVED Thanks,
Roger
