Cloning Oracle Home With Grid Control Fails - "dependee" missing

My source system (QA1) is AIX 6.1, Oracle 10.2.0.4. My target system is also AIX 6.1. GC is 10.2.0.4. EDV referenced below is the target system to which I am trying to clone the Oracle_HOME.

Things went pretty well until I got to the "Step: Update Built-in Clonable Home<http://swslnxorctst.southernwine.com:4889/em/console/jobs/stepLog$execId=63C3EBEF20E5A470E040A8C0170A7E57$stepID=2863323$jobName=CLONE_20HOME_203$%7C9$%7C09_209_3A04_20AM$stepName=updateBuiltInClonable>" step. It failed with the following:

clone.pl failed

I've changed the JRE_LOCATION in the oraparam.ini file in both the new Oracle Home and the Grid Control Directory on the new server to be an absolute path rather than a relative path, but still no luck.

Can't seem to get anything on the Web or through Metalink that helps me figure out what I might have to change to get this last piece to run.

Anybody seen this before?
