BI Publisher - Portal

does anyone know?
1) does BI publisher come with Portal or do you have to pay Extra?
2) is it hard to add to Portal?
I just found out they need it for some reports and I have no idea how the blasted thing works with Portal and we are 6 week from our conversion - Yipee!
