Thanks my friend， now i can go through by;
comment all lines in sqlnet.ora
set oracle_sid=XXXX
sqlplus sys as sysdba
>input the sys password

then login

i will try sqlplus "/ as sysdba" tomorrow , need i restart the service from service manager for it?
