Dba-feature-usage-statistics shows usage for all including rac and aso. Sometimes you can infer one from the other.

yeah, you are right. Same is true for RAC (even though there could be other ways to find that out, but it's not listed in v$option).

Yes, but "advanced security" for instance is not listed in v$option, even if it is installed.
