I can't speak from experience about those particular servers, but based on Metalink note 781763.1 and my brief experience with the T2000, I'd be very hesitant to use any of these servers running UltraSPARC T1/T2 (aka "Coolthreads", "CMT" & "Niagara") processors without thoroughly testing your application first to see if it is well suited for this architecture.
