How often it needs gathered?  

SQL> select * from sys.aux_stats$ where pname like 'DST%';  

SNAME                          PNAME   PVAL1 PVAL2

------------------------------ ------- ---------- 

SYSSTATS_INFO                  DSTART  04-09-2008 05:40

SYSSTATS_INFO                  DSTOP   04-09-2008 05:40
