RMAN CPU time accounts also to background time in dba_hist_sys_time_model ?

HallO Listers,
I am trying to generate some report showing how much CPU time is consumed from RMAN.
I have found that normally background precesses (as per dba_hist_sys_time_model view) consume 20-100 seconds (in 30 minutes interval). But when RMAN backup is running the background cpu time is nearly RMAN CPU time + background CPU time (see below). That means that RMAN CPU time is double accounted in dba_hist_sys_time_model view ?! Can someone confirm my observation ?

Here is the output of my script:

                    ELAPSED DB RMAN BGRND
SNAP BEGIN TIME CPU CPU CPU
ID TIME [sec] [sec] [sec] [sec]

Any help is highly appreciated.
