two more steps need pay attention:

cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin
./runInstaller -clone -silent -ignorePreReq ORACLE_HOME="<target_home>" ORACLE_HOME_NAME="<unique_home_name>"

like
/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/oui/bin/runInstaller -clone -silent -ignorePreReq ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1 ORACLE_HOME_NAME=OraDb10g_home1

another is need run root.sh finally.
