Yes, and most CT proxies are Linux based squid, and firewall is incredibly similar to iptables. Still, it doesn't have to make sense, it just is the way it is... They actually rejected my idea to run TORA, because it was not 'supported'.

Web servers? Probably apache. With PHP.
