Differences between Table Move and table Export

We have tables that are highly fragmented. We are planning to reorg these tables. Currently these tables are in LMT that NON ASSM type. We created tablespace with type ASSM.  

These are large tables with sizes 70 GB to 100 GB.  

Our aim is to reclaim the disk space and reset HWM.  

Should we use Alter table move or Export and import commands to do this job?  

If we use Alter table move, does the HWM get reset/ does the unused space below HWM can be reclaimed with Alter table move?  

What are the differences between table export and alter table move (if our objective is to reorganize the tables to claim the space).  

Please provide your views or please point me to the sites where I can get this info.
