Whenever you see ORA-3113, that's telling you that connectivity to the database was lost, but not much else.
You should check the alert.log for more details.

Hello All,
Hope every one is doing good!.
I have a problem while upgrading 9i to 10g.After all the initial settings on windows operating system. I started the database in upgrade mode and ran the script u0902000...this script ran for couple of minmutes and after that It gave this error, when I saw the log file....It shows this way. Please assist me...I am doing this for the first time.
Synonym created.
Grant succeeded.
