I work with ORACLE support and this problem fixed. This problem only happen on 10.2 and 11G 64 bit database. When you create database, it will show up.
The reason is "aio" change on LINUX kernel 2.6. "aio-max-size" not use any more, but "aio-max-nr" default set too low and cause this error.
ORACLE support suggest me cahnage "aio-max-nr" to 3MB. For more infor, please search Metalink relate to "aio-max-nr"

I normally get this error when ORACLE_HOME is not set.

I am created new database on LINUX/ORACLE 10.2.0.4 (64 bits). I don't have any error, but after startup database I always get error message on alert.log:
Errors in file /home/app/oracle/admin/REC64/bdump/rec64_dbw0_26825.trc: ORA-27090: Message 27090 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA
