I believe they just recompiled the source code, changed the logos and
added one or two packages for Oracle-specific stuff. I believe there's
even a public statement from Oracle regarding OEL's guaranteed
compatibility with RHEL, but I can't seem to locate it now (not sure if it
is a ML note or OTN page).
