All entries in v$statistics_level can be mapped to some parameters. But _ksxp_ping_enable is not in the list. It's possible, although unlikely, _ksxp_ping_enable can be controlled indirectly by some other parameter, but I know for sure statistics_level does not control it.

By the way, setting statistics_level to basic has a wide range of side effect. If it's done, there're lots of parameters that should be examined one by one.
