Which database version are you on? Exp/Imp can't change table name, so the simple answer to your question is "no". But there are probably at least a dozen ways to achieve what you desire, so why don't you describe your situation in a little more detail? Please include how much data you are moving. Is this a one-time task of something you need to do on a regular basis?
