How do you meet your audit requirement?

Hi, List,
Can you please share the best practice inside your organization about
how you meet your audit requirement? How do you audit oracle users,
especially DBAs?
We are a small shop and all DBAs use the same OS/database account to
manage databases but we are looking for a change. I'd like to hear
your expert advice on best practices before we start implementing it.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
