It's a warning. As of 10gR2 Oracle will warn if objects larger than a value specified by the hidden parameter _kgl_large_heap_warning_threshold are loaded into the shared pool - presumably to warn of possible fragmentation issues for the shared pool and thus ORA-4331 errors later. You can change the parameter, but as it's a hidden parameter you may wish to get supports blessing first.
