That is why in 10g they took the word "Intelligent" out of the name. 10g is much better than 9i ever was. The clearstate is not a regular necessity.

I have to ask, where is the "intelligence" in "intelligent agent"? Why do the agents so often get out of synch with reality? Will 11g, or any other future releases, "fix" this problem?
