USER: terminating instance due to error 472

Hi,

Database crashed with the Below error

Tue Jun 15 23:01:05 2008
USER: terminating instance due to error 472 Instance terminated by USER, pid = 23881 Wed Jun 16 00:17:47 2008

The instance gets crashed mostly every week and the alert log shows

Mon Jun 2 23:01:04 2008
USER: terminating instance due to error 472 Instance terminated by USER, pid = 1400

Tue Jun 10 23:01:05 2008
USER: terminating instance due to error 472 Instance terminated by USER, pid = 23881

Also it's very interesting that the time is identical on the instance failures (23:01 )

i have also checked OS logs. But i could not find any relative information related to the instance crashed on that particular time.

Kindly advice if any one come across this issue
