Is Enterprise Manager the most undocumented or badly documented utility within the Oracle Product stream  

Two examples  

Creating a database group and limiting the privileges gets about 1 page of attention in the manual and certainly does not provide clarity.

Housekeeping an EM repository. Usable documentation and scripts are well hidden, if they exist at all

Where can 11G OEM be downloaded from? The link on OTN only shows 10G availability and yet I see lots of screenshots using the 11g version. Are these from beta versions of 11g  

 Finally, anybody any ideas when the 11.1.07 patcheset will be released or wil lit be 11.2.x
