How to download Oracle 10g to install for studying

Hi friends,
Could you help me with instructions for download Oracle10g database ? What is the way ?
I need to start studying Oracle 10g and Oracle Spatial.
I saw that Oracle Spatial is a feature of 10g.
I donīt have OTN for download. Need I have a CID for it ? or can I get
a free software from Oracle ?
