PATH setting? I think I've seen this if an "older" ORACLE_HOME is in your path before the newer one.

I can't use sqlplus in Unix as a normal user. It gives the below error. My oracle home is /usr/local/oracle/product/ Kindly suggest

SP2-0750: You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory
