Which Oracle Release is certified on HP-UX 10.31 (Itanium)? Qs 1 Is it 10.2.0.3?

Qs 2 Is 10.2.0.3 the Latest Release existing currently?

NOTE - Base Release Oracle ver 10.2.0.1 was installed using the clause "runInstaller -ignoreSysPrereqs" as 10.2.0.1 version installation was NOT supported on HP-UX 10.31 (Itanium)
