I would wait until release 2, especially you are a Windows platform.
I've been running 11.1.0.6.0 since early January and have had 7 SR's, two of which are still open and were first filed around April 11th.
The first 5 were minor issues, but the last two have been real database stoppers. I wouldn't run it on Windows for something that tracks money or is used for making money. The Linux patches seem come out faster than Windows. They'll release Linux patches as soon as they are available, but with Windows they want to roll out a series of patches all at once in a bundle.
