Nilesh,

What do you mean by "I am able to take the export to some other directory in the server"? If you mean the Solaris directory, then it sounds like you have a storage issue, not an Oracle export issue.

You could take the export dump file you created in the other directory and use the Solaris "cp" command to copy it into the location that is giving you an error, just to verify the storage problem.
