I'm speculating here because I haven't actually done this yet, but I have had the same thought.

I would think that you can set up Streams in your Primary database and configure it to use downstream capture. Then use the archive log files coming from your standby database at the remote site to feed the downstream capture database which will also be at the remote site. It's a complicated setup and heaven knows Streams has enough problems as it is, but theoretically I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Let us know if you get this going before I have a chance to test it myself.
