Nadeem,

I had a similar situation where we moved data from EMC DMX to EMC Clarion storage. We simply allocated the new devices (the devices were presented to the host and realized using devfsadm, I believe) to the ASM disk group and dropped the old ones and let rebalance do the task.

Subject: Migrating RAC 10g from EMC to Netapp.

Hi.

We are having a two-node RAC 10g on Solaris 10 with EMC for shared storage. We just need to change the storage from EMC to Netapp. The nodes and instances would remain the same.
Any docs/links for doing this?

Thanks in advance.

Nadeem.
