ORION on Windows 2003/64bit

Dear all,

I would like to use the ORION tool (Oracle IO Numbers) on Windows 2003 64bit (AMD, not Itanium) but it doesn't seem to install. When I double-click on the Installer the usual pop-up box comes up saying that it's preparing the installation but unfortunately that never seems to complete. My suspicion is that it doesn't run for 64bit Windows 2003 at all.

Has anybody successfully used it in that combination? I know it works perfectly on Linux.
