For now my quick fix is to use MMS or picture messages (@pm.sprint.com). The conversion still happens, but at least I can get the full text now. Thanks Brandon and Bradd.

I get the same thing on my phone, but I just scroll through it and am still able to get all the info. I wonder if yours is getting off due to being sent as an SMS message instead of MMS. I believe SMS (short message service, I think) is limited to 255 characters, compared to MMS (multimedia message), which is either unlimited, or at least has a much higher limit. Your cell phone provider might have different email addresses for different message types, e.g. 1234567890_at_tmomail.net and 1234567890_at_mms.tmomail.net or something like that - I remember it was like that back when I used to be with Cingular.

Another option that might be worth looking at is in the OEM config - you can choose between long and short message formats, but IIRC the short format was too short to be useful although that could have changed in newer versions. It's too bad there isn't more functionality built in for customizing the messages.

Regards,
Brandon
