Your script seems to be calling
"$ORACLE_HOME/bin/dbstart.fcg"
and
"$ORACLE_HOME/bin/dbshut.immediate"
These are not standard program names, I believe. Have you checked if
"dbstart.fcg"
is a valid and correct script ?
