Folks

What best practices to check for in Database Objects design , access,=
setup, Layout etc which indicate support for scalability?
Optionally what causes impede scalability from the Database perspective?

Similarly what best practices should a Hybrid Application follow to be=
 scalable?

Cheers & Thanks
