I hit a strange database

Hi:

Today I hit a strange database, first the RFILE# of the first data file is not 1, it's 4

Second the data_object_id is strange for the following tables.

data_object_id object_name
========== ==========

11412 COL$
11424 OBJ$
11412 TAB$

11416 USER$ They told me that the database was upgraded through whole database export and import method.
