I was wondering if doing it via sqlloader, dumps etc would be better than Migration Workbench. I tried OMB about 2 years ago and found it clumsy but I thought maybe it   had improved.

We have Data Integrator and I was hoping that maybe someone would know about it.

I am trying to shave corners. They are trying to hire another apps dba here to help out but in the meantime........

Thanks for all the help, advice and jokes are always welcome......

SQL Loader/External tables can work with any DB assuming you can get text files out of your old sources. Of course the downside is that you have to manually create tables and scripts.
