Hi all,
Among the many *real* Oracle technical conference "by users for users", it is the yearly COLLABORATE event that is probably the largest. Since 2006, all users groups including IOUG, OAUG, Quest and now the user groups for myriad other Oracle acquisitions participate in one conference. This encourages cross-pollination and saves on people with more than one affiliation having to go to multiple conferences. In 2008, it will be held in Denver, CO. The Call for papers has been open for a while, but is ending this 26th. If you would like to submit, then please do so at
http://www.ioug.org/events/Call_for_Speakers_08.cfm
The more generic link about the conference is at http://www.collaborate08.com/collaborate08
This is also a gentle reminder for those of us who are regular submitters and who have some ideas stirring deep in our kernels, and who have not yet put that down on mouse and Word.
