Hey Joe,

Beware of BUG 6358382, where the bind values may not be displayed in the trace file for multibyte character sets. The BUG states AL16UTF16, but I wonder if more are affected.

I've already requested a backport to 10.1.0.5.0. Hopefully they'll be able to do more versions, too...
