Check the public synonym and verify that it is pointing to sys.plan_table$

Check that the id that is getting the error does not have its own plan_table or a private synonym to an old version.

Subject: *****SPAM***** - 'PLAN_TABLE' is old version

10.2.0.3 on Linux x86-64.

We are getting this in the Note section of the plan table output - I reran catplan.sql, but it doesn't go away.

Is there a fix for this?

Note
