I just "export DISPLAY=:0.0" then it's OK. I remembered that when installing 9iR2, the IP or "localhost" is needed, but it when wrong here.
I'm using bash, so I think "export DISPLAY=..." is equal to "DISPLAY=...;export DISPLAY"
