Hi Michael!
Sorry and yes, the one who needs to read the Docs is me. As I have said, I'm quite new to Oracle. I just happened to read some stuff on ALL_TABLES and USER_TABLES(and other things about ALL_* and USER_* views), but I have memorized it exactly. When seeing Dennis' situation, in my opinion I "figured out" that ALL_* views is about all the things on the system "with confident" and haven't given a try.
After reading your mail, I experimented with a simple case, which told me that ALL_TABLES are the tables with which the user has access to. I apologize for negligence of mine and saying wrong thing on the list.
