Maybe somebody will still post the routine you request. Just a simple select across each link should be sufficient. My personal feeling would be to drop all links and see who complains. And revoke privileges so nobody can create a link without permission. Maybe I'm fortunate, but I never ended up with enough database links to have this problem.
