While ML note *422730.1* claims that this affects 10.2.0.3 as well, the patch will
not install on 10.2.0.2, claiming that 10.2.0.2 is required.

There is a difference in catspace.sql in 10.2.0.3 when compared to the patch,
but the performance of DBA_EXTENTS on 10.2.0.3 seems acceptable.

Don't know about 10.2.0.1.
