Having installed Oracle 10.2 on AIX 5.3 I get the following
error on startup.

I am experiencing slow performance and wonderedif this was the cause.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

ORA-36961: Oracle OLAP is not available.

        ORA-06512: at line 15
