I agree with John it was a nice apology. Mistakes do happen.

A new sales person would see this list as a gold mine for lead and probably does not understand what this list is all about. Not excusing the behavior but trying to explain. We should not condemn a company for one persons mistake.

It not the first time it has happened on this list and probably not the last time either.

Let's just continue to educate and help each other.
