You need to open ports 3872, 1159, 1830, and 4889 1159 is needed if you are doing secure communication.

we have OMS server (Grid control version 10.2.0.3) outside firewall, but database servers inside firewall. We already open following three ports on
firewall:

4889
7200
3872

We still can NOT upload data from agent (10.2.0.3) to OMS server. I check log file on sysman/log/emagent.trc and found following messages:

does there has any other port we need opne on firewall or else?
