Joop,

As Dennis pointed out, the ERP system should allow you to maintain "Multi-Company" elements such as Set of books, Journals, Transactions, etc. So you should first check with the vendor whether this is allowed.

Dick - The issue with using separate schemas is this: Many ERP systems (and quite a few applications) fix the schema name, and this cannot be changed.

Given all this, Joop, can you consider using Database Vault? This has been released for 9.2.0.8 and 10.2.0.3....
